Why we started
Tide & Key was born from a shared passion for property, hospitality and the South Coast — and from knowing that managing a property well takes more than simply handing over the keys. Between us, we have years of experience in hospitality, accommodation, property management and guest services. We’ve seen first-hand the difference that great communication, attention to detail and genuinely caring about a property can make.
We wanted to create a property management company that felt personal, reliable and local. A company where owners can feel confident that their property is being looked after properly, while guests receive the warm welcome and high standards they deserve.

Founder & Director
Naomi Good
With over 10 years of experience managing chalets and hotels across Europe for an independent tour operator, Naomi has built her career around hospitality, customer service and creating exceptional experiences. Her experience spans the full property journey — from managing accommodation and guests to overseeing teams, solving problems and ensuring high standards are maintained. Alongside Tide & Key, Naomi manages a diverse portfolio of HMO properties, buy-to-lets, a static holiday park and Airbnb accommodation, giving her a genuine understanding of property ownership and management from both sides.
Head of Operations
Victoria Rhodes
With over 12 years of experience running her own Airbnb, Victoria brings a wealth of hands-on knowledge and genuine passion to Tide & Key. From welcoming guests and managing bookings to maintaining high standards and dealing with the unexpected, she understands what it really takes to run a successful holiday property — because she’s been doing it herself for over a decade.
